About the Person
Prior to joining ITW in 2006, Ms. Brady was Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Snap-On Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, WI, where she was responsible for all Human Resource policies/programs worldwide. She has also served as Vice President, Human Resources of Sears, Roebuck & Co.’s Home Services Division and held various HR leadership roles, including Group Vice President, Human Resources for Baxter Healthcare. Mrs. Brady earned her B.A. degree in Education from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS. Mrs. Brady is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and has served as the organization’s President as well as on the Board of Directors. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Aon Hewitt Human Capital Leadership Council, Northwestern Memorial Hospital Foundation and Skills for Chicagoland’s Future. Additionally, she is on the Board of the Chicago Botanic Garden where she serves on the Executive, Personnel & Compensation (chair) and the Nominating and Governance Committees. Mrs. Brady also serves as the President of the ITW Foundation. She is also a member of the Human Resources Policy Association, Personnel Round Table and the Executives’ Club of Chicago.
