About the Person
I perform various human resources duties in multiple areas including, recruitment, employment, onboarding, compensation, training and development, immigration, employee relations and other special projects as requested. I provide guidance on human resource operational issues, employment law, and develop new programs and initiatives to meet management needs. I partner with management teams to facilitate the delivery of HR services as appropriate and onboard 200+ new hires a year. I am the main point of contact for our new hires and serve as a contact for employees to answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
