About the Person
Shana Jackson leads the Echo360 Human Resources department, including responsibility for the design and development of Human Resource strategies and processes that drive the Echo360 business objectives and foster the company’s culture. Shana’s background includes all aspects of Human Resource, recruiting and Human Resource program management, most recently in the education industry. Prior to joining Echo360, Shana led Human Resource and talent acquisition initiatives at The Teaching Company, producer of The Great Courses. She began her career in Human Resources at NVR, a national homebuilder/mortgage company based in Reston, starting out in the University Recruiting group before moving into Human Resource Business Partner roles. Additionally, Shana held an Human Resource management role at Claraview, a division of Teradata. Shana is a graduate of Roanoke College in Salem, VA where she earned a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She also holds Human Resource professional certifications from HRCI and SHRM.
