Severine Charbon is the Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Media. She has over 20 years experience in Corporate Communications, Organizational Development and Talent Management. Severine has been working for the Publicis Groupe since 2000, and knows the communications industry inside and out, having worked for Advertising, Digital and Media agency networks, in various capacities including local, regional and global leadership roles. A true entrepreneur, innovative, relentless and very close to the business, Severine has created and implemented most of the talent and change management programs that have been rolled out across Publicis Worldwide, Vivaki and ZenithOptimedia over the past 10 years. She was named the first ever Chief Talent & Transformation Officer for the ZenithOptimedia network in July 2011 and has since been closely involved in the transformation of the brand to an integrated, progressive and admired communications partner. A founding member of VivaWomen, the Publicis Groupe Women`s network, she is actively involved in supporting diversity programs and female leadership development inside the Groupe. Severine is married, has four children, and is currently living in Singapore with her family.
