Select Sands has entered into a binding letter of agreement for an option to acquire a 100% undivided right, title and interest in an approximately 520- acre prospective industrial silica sand / frac sand property ("Sandtown") located in northeast Arkansas, USA. The Company recently announced that it has completed a drill program on its Sandtown property and is in the process of quarry permit application. The property is underlain by the Ordovician St. Peter sandstone formation, the source of industrial silica sand/premium frac sand selling into major US oil & gas and Industrial & Specialty markets.  Sandtown sits 3.1 miles from a highway, has an active power line, and a rail system exists about 15 miles away. Select Sands` primary goal is to become a major supplier of premium industrial silica sand/fracturing sand to the North American markets.
