About the Company
CiTiC Dicastal Wheel Manufacturing (hereinafter referred to as CiTiC Dicastal), a globally leading manufacturer of aluminium wheels, was established in 1988 by Citic Group. It was the first aluminium alloy wheel manufacturer in Chinese mainland. After 23 years of development, it has become the world`s leading manufacturer of aluminium wheels and one of the most prosperous manufacturers in CiTiC Group. Looking back on 23 years of development, Citic Dicastal has always been in the lead position in aluminium alloy manufacturing, and has achieved several times of self-transcendence. From 2008 to 2010, the sales of aluminium wheels were ranked first in the world. In 2011, we will achieve a much higher goal to prove our growing strength of Citic Dicastal.
About the Person
Scott Petzold is the Director of Human Resources at Dicastal North America. Scott joined Dicastal in December 2014 from Ranir where he served as the Human Resource Manager. Previously, he had also served at ODL, DENSO, Benteler Automotive and Johnson Controls. Scott earned Bachelor`s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Grand Valley State University and Master`s Degree in Human Resource Development from Western Michigan University.
