His key responsibilities include providing a broad range of human resources services in support of the Honeywell Residential - Connected Home business, ensuring the deployment of effective OD and Staffing services to stand-up the new organization, partnering with the global Human Resources COEs and regional Human Resources operations teams as necessary to manage the effective acquisition, development and management of talent, and developing and implementing Human Resources strategies to meet organization objectives.
