About the Person
Scot Duffield Sr. Manager, Talent Management, Western Union Scot Duffield is a results driven HR leader. In February of 2013 he joined Western Union as Chief of Staff to the Talent Management/Total Rewards function. In August 2014, Scot took on a new role as the Head of the on-line Western Union University and Senior Manager of Talent Management. Previous to this he lived and worked in Denver, Taiwan and Japan for a total of 10 years in various HR leadership roles. Based on these experiences he is well versed in evidence-based talent management and program execution. Scot also worked at the healthcare provider DaVita and energy company DCP Midstream. He has experience implementing and using CornerstoneOnDemand, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, BusinessObjects and Cognos solutions. He has also managed engagement, performance and inclusion programs. Personally, Scot enjoys exploring diverse cultures and spending time with his wife, a psycholinguist, and son, a 2 year-old construction fiend.
