About the Person
Sara Wade is responsible for aligning Express Scripts' human resources and business strategies, leading the development and implementation of human resources initiatives, and ensuring the continued development of a strong and effective human resources organization. She is also responsible for the Corporate Real Estate and Corporate Safety & Security organizations. Sara joined Express Scripts in 2009, serving as Vice President, Benefits and Compensation, before moving into her current position. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Sara reports to Tim Wentworth.
