Sara Mottus have been a practitioner of Human Resource Management and Recruitment & Selection since 1999. I have worked as a consultant and in service delivery functions in Sweden and New Zealand and been engaged in Human Resources Advisory roles in the information technology, higher education and building & construction industries. Roles that have seen me provide advice on all aspects of employment relations and general human resources. During recent years I have specialized in organizational development and performance management, linking HR activities to business strategy and performance.
