DESCRIPTION:
Santikos Entertainment is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the implementation of the annual marketing plan for Santikos Entertainment. The CMO will analyze and interpret data on customers, buying practices and competitors. Our CMO will lead branding strategies for our products and services, across multiple media platforms. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will serve as an executive management member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute to the marketing plan and annual budget of the company.
• Create organizational strategy that includes the company`s community service values.
• Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and increases theatre revenue.
• Implement and monitor systems and procedures for effective operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
• Direct the targeting of specific markets and film promotion campaigns via media: Digital, Print, Social, TV, Radio, In-Theatre, On-Screen and Web.
• Develop a top tier Marketing Team.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor`s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field; Master`s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years` experience in progressive marketing and promotion positions in entertainment related industry.
• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media and working with advertising agencies.
• Proven success working independently, creatively, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
• The ability to manage collaborative teams within marketing and operations.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
