Sandy Beitel West is the senior vice president of human resources at NANA Development Corporation supporting leadership, the employees and shareholders of NDC and its family of companies. West has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and finance. Her track record includes improving organizational and operational efficiency, embedment of performance-driven culture, strategy development for leadership teams and individual careers, optimizing reward plans and development of employee and labor relations strategies.   West began her career as an accountant and quickly moved into managerial roles as payroll manger, manager of operation plans and forecasting, supervisor of compensation and systems and, ultimately leadership roles in human resources.
