About the Company
When the current owners of Houston Oaks took over the property in 2007, they had a simple goal: to maintain a place where their families could come together and enjoy the sprawling grounds, glistening lakes and gorgeous Texas countryside, and, most importantly, each other. However, they quickly realized that the experience was too precious to keep to themselves. They decided to keep the pre-existing club intact and open it up to their friends and their families. Since then the owners have transformed 1,000 acres of Texas countryside into a "Resort-Style Private Club." Families, couples and groups of all sizes can now enjoy world-class, farm-to-table dining, lush overnight accommodations, a wide array of land and water sports, equestrian, fishing, golf, tennis, fitness programs, spa treatments and more—all at one place.

Sandra Carlo is Director of Human Resources at The Clubs at Houston Oaks. Previously, Sandra held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
