About the Person
Mr. Vogt is responsible for oversight of multi-company Human Resources Department and more recently Corporate Compliance program at Hebrew HealthCare. Mr. Vogt has worked in non-profit organizations in both California and Connecticut over the past 15 years, in the fields of healthcare and education. Mr. Vogt joined Hebrew HealthCare in 2008 as a Recruiter/Generalist. In 2010, he became Director of Human Resources. He serves as Chair of the Community Benefits Committee, and recently became Hebrew HealthCare’s Corporate Compliance Officer. He is also has oversight of Staff Development and reception services at the Hebrew Home & Hospital. He received his Bachelors of Arts from University of Massachusetts, and holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
