A wholesaler and telecommunications company HIETEQ International is in negotiation for a $5 million deal this week with a Wholesaler to supply their low end mobile phones If the deal is finalised , HIETEQ will produce additional 10 million low end mobiles every year. Under this new deal if successful Hieteq under its current and new Brand names will distribute over 10 million mobiles per year.
