B&L Management Company is a NYC Property Management Company that specializes in the urban development, redevelopment, and management of residential apartments in NYC. We own mid and high rise apartments throughout Manhattan, including Chelsea, Clinton (Hell`s Kitchen), Murray Hill, and the Upper East Side neighborhoods. B&L Management is a family owned company founded in 1980 by Benny Caiola and his three sons. Mr. Caiola constructed his first, privately owned NYC apartment building in 1974. The “one man” operation has grown into a fully staffed office, which includes 2 full-time building managers, a rental office, legal and accounting departments, receptionists, and clerks.
