About the Person
Ryan Cook has focused more than 15 years of his career on recruitment operations in all facets of talent acquisition: agency recruiting, corporate, and professional services. He is currently a Strategic Recruitment Consulting Leader for LinkedIn, where he is responsible for helping Talent Acquisition leaders in the world`s largest companies leverage the confluence of technology, marketing and recruitment to connect people with opportunities around the world on a massive scale. Ryan is passionate about incorporating cutting‐edge technologies, social recruiting, and employment marketing into the talent acquisition process to improve productivity, maximize cost‐efficiency, and tap into hidden talent pools. Ryan draws on his experience to help organizations develop and deploy talent attraction and engagement strategies aimed at securing a competitive advantage through the creation of exclusive supply chains of talent. Prior to his position with LinkedIn, Ryan served as Director of Global Recruitment Operations for CH2M HILL, where he was responsible for identifying and implementing strategic enhancements to the firm`s talent acquisition technology and marketing portfolio for the purpose of maximizing recruitment capabilities globally.
