About the Person
Russell Poole joined Intralinks as Executive Vice President of Human Resources in January 2014. Previously, Russell worked as a consultant, advising companies and individuals on business and human resource transactions. Before that, he worked at Novell, Inc. from 2000 to 2011. Russell joined Novell as the vice president of worldwide human resource/law and then served as vice president, senior human resources partner and finally, senior vice president of human resources. Prior to Novell, he worked at the Union Pacific Resources Company as senior counsel and later managing human resource counsel. Russell received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Michigan, a juris doctorate from Michigan State University and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University. He was admitted to the Michigan and Texas State Bar Associations.
