Roslynn Williams is the interim Chief People Officer at Dun & Bradstreet. Roslynn joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2014 as the leader of the company’s global leadership development practice, which includes designing and implementing programs for board-critical roles, executive programs and top 100 initiatives. Roslynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, with expertise and experience in change management and organizational effectiveness; her background in product management and operations also informs her role as a trusted and strategic business advisor.  Prior to joining the company, Roslynn was the founder of Madison Lewis Group, a consulting company focused on executive leadership, coaching, and learning and development programs. Previously, she spent nearly 10 years at AOL, with management roles in human resources, advertising and shared services. Roslynn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, as well as certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
