About the Person
Rosita Murray is a woman who has lived her life with the belief that nothing is more important than being true to yourself. Her exceptional emotional and social intelligence allowed her to climb the ladder of organizations and develop the direction relationship with the CEO`s. She has the innate ability to motivate others and to understand how to align a workforce with the strategic goals of the leadership team. She is perfectly built to lead the National Insurance Consulting Group`s internal operations and has brought the ability to expand the NIC Group capabilities to helping clients with any aspect of their HR functions. Rosita leads by example and with integrity and has credited her success to a passion for lifelong learning and education. She encourages team members to emphasize their strengths and she has been given the responsibility to run the NIC Group as what Zain Hasan calls "the internal CEO". Rosita has allowed the NIC Group to develop the full capabilities to bring businesses a complete Human Resources outsourcing model through offering HR Consulting, Payroll & HRIS in partnership with ADP and Paychex and Executive Benefits & Retirement planning by forging a strategic alliance with AXA Advisors. Rosita will lead the HR Consulting practice, manage the employees at every level of the NIC Group and is trusted to excel in the most important roles of this newly successful organization as the Chief Operations Officer combined with the Chief People Officer.
