About the Person

Rose Hollister is a Senior Director for the Leadership Institute, McDonald`s, joining the organization in 2010. In her role, she has the oversight of the development of 1600 global directors and officers. Rose brings 25 years experience in the areas of leadership development, consulting and organization development. Prior to coming to McDonald`s, Rose was VP, Learning and Development at Equity Office, a principal at Perrone-Ambrose Associates, Inc. and ran her own firm, Hollister Consulting, Inc. From 2005 to 2010, Rose was an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University teaching Coaching and Executing Strategic Change in the Masters for Learning and Organizational Change.
