Prior to joining Hall Capital in 2013, Ms. Cohen–Baruch was a Managing Director of Human Resources at Business for Social Responsibility where she managed a global human resources team, overseeing compensation, benefits, recruitment, relocation, and payroll strategies and execution. Previously, Ms. Cohen-Baruch established and led the human resources function at the Walt Disney Family Museum and Nollenberger Capital Partners, a boutique financial services firm. Among other things, as Director of Human Resources, she developed the hiring processes and competitive benefits programs. Ms. Cohen-Baruch began her career in human resources at Banc of America Securities as a Vice President/Business Support in the Equity Research Department. Ms. Cohen-Baruch serves on the Board of Girls on the Run, Bay Area. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Public and Educational Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She has been awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resources Management.
