About the Person

\r\n Roma Anderson Milton is the Vice President and Chief People Officer at Volunteers of America Minnesota and Wisconsin.   Prior to that, she served as Vice President Human Resources at Schwing America from June 2014 – December 2014.   Previously, she has also served at Medica, Pentair Water, HealthSpan Hospital System and Northwestern National Life.   Roma earned Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Phoenix in 2006 and Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary`s University of Minnesota in 2015.\r\n
