About the Person
Rojita Raghubansh joined Harsch Investment Properties in 2015 as Vice President in Human Resources and Risk Management. She is responsible for providing human resources and risk management services throughout the company`s portfolio. Prior to Harsch she was the Director of Human Resources for a multi-state, multi-site senior housing company focused on providing independent living, assisted living and memory care for seniors. Rojita has extensive experience in talent acquisition, strategic planning, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, organizational development, employee retention and risk management. Her passion for talent development fosters an environment of collaboration, which drives results. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Portland State University and a professional designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources from Society of Human Resources.
