Prior to joining Ryerson, Roger was president of rail and Latin America for The Timken Company. During his time at Timken, he also led the development and implementation of the company`s growth strategy in Asia, served as senior vice president of human resources and organizational advancement, and held managing director responsibilities for operations in Central and Western Europe. Roger`s career has also included human resources positions at Ford Motor Company and Dow Chemical Company. He joins Ryerson with more than 30 years of experience in growing profitable businesses and human resources. Roger holds a bachelor`s degree in economics and sociology from the University of Southampton and a master`s degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
