Rocedar Sellars is the Director of Human Resources at Extended Stay America. Previously, she had also served at Snyder`s-Lance, Inc., Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Wachovia and Bank of America. As a member of the HR leadership team, she is responsible for providing a full range of HR support including employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits administration, policy and program implementation, and payroll. She plays an integral role in partnering with leadership to manage the business.
