About the Company
At Baby+Company we want to change the world one birth at a time… We`re driven by a passion to expand women`s choices -to make what can feel like a choice between two extremes, hospital delivery and home birth, into a spectrum of options. Not because we don`t support these other models of care, but because for many women, neither feels like the right fit. So we`re building birth centers that celebrate the individuality of our families— through a model of care that brings together the centuries-old tradition of midwifery with the very best research, resources and data available today.
About the Person
Robin joined Baby+Company in September 2015 to serve as its Chief People Officer after having spent the past three decades working in large retail and healthcare organizations, including: Concentra, Disney and Bath and Body Works. Her areas of expertise include talent development, operations and multi-site leadership. Robin comes to Baby+Company with a strong background in creating training programs that empower colleagues at all levels to perform at their best. While at Concentra, she created a “playbook” to empower all colleagues to take their careers in their own hands. Robin`s passion is in building a company culture built on a strong understanding of mission, vision, and values.
