Robin Gilman, also known as Rob, is the Vice President of Human Resources and Finance at C&L Ward. Gilman, a 20+ year veteran of the home improvement industry, will have overall responsibility for all financial and human resource functions for the company. This includes overseeing company financial planning, budget management, financial reporting and accounting functionality. In addition, the role includes responsibility for recruitment, hiring/termination, legal compliance, employee benefits and interaction and payroll. Rob has an extensive background in home improvement services and has held various executive management and leadership positions over his career in the industry. Most recently, he was the local controller for Rassini Brakes which is an automotive supplier that specializes in brakes and suspension systems for the auto industry.
