About the Person
Robert “Jerry” Montgomery is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Carnival Corporation. Montgomery is responsible for corporate human resources strategies across Carnival Corp. and plc’s worldwide organization, which includes offices in North America, Europe and Australia. Prior to joining Carnival, Montgomery spent 30 years at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, holding a number of senior-level positions, including vice president of employee relations, casting and health services. Most recently, he served as senior vice president-conservation and environmental sustainability for the company’s worldwide theme parks, Disney Cruise Line and vacation ownership properties. For the past two years, Montgomery served as president of the Orlando Strategy Group Inc., a consulting firm focused on the fields of human resources, labor relations, and corporate social responsibility.
