About the Person
Robert P. "Bob" Jordan is Senior Vice President of Human Resources. He is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all human resources for Vanguard's nearly 3,000 employees. Jordan previously served as the top Human Resources officer for three large healthcare companies – Guardian Home Care Holdings, US Oncology and Quorum Health Group. He also spent 16 years in a variety of management roles with BellSouth (now AT&T). Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Memphis and a master's degree in Management from Birmingham-Southern College. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
