Robert Clawson is the Vice President of Human Resources at Maetrics. Clawson is charged with creating a dynamic new global enterprise strategy and system designed to sustain human resource demands resulting from four years of double-digit growth and be able to scale to augment dramatic expansion in the future. Prior to joining Maetrics, Clawson was Talent Management consultant for a $500 billion financial services firm and for a $21 billion global insurance firm. He has held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for UHY Advisors, the twelfth largest CPA firm in the United States which grew from regional firms to a national and international leader. He was also Vice President of Talent Management for Zurich Financial Services, where he developed and implemented that company's first Talent Management Program which required the global alignment of ten separate businesses. Clawson is a graduate of the University of Delaware and lives with his family in Indianapolis, IN.
