About the Person
Robert Bragg is responsible for developing, selling and delivering people, process, and workforce intelligence solutions for Buck Consultants at Xerox. He has broad experience consulting with HR organizations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes through organization design, process improvement, technology enablement, project management, analytics, and leading global HR outsourcing and transformation initiatives. In his work, he has been responsible for, and successfully (on time and on budget) led large, diverse global teams including a global HR SaaS (Workday) implementation with 70,000 employees across 90 countries. Prior to working with Buck Consultants, he worked for more than 15 years with Accenture, Unisys, and CompuCom. His clients have included Abbott, Amgen, Best Buy, Dayton Public Schools, Dell, Delphi, General Motors, Hudson Bay Company, Kimberly Clark, Owens Corning, and the US Air Force. Rob earned his BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
