Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors organization is a charter member of the National Basketball Association. Founded in 1946, the Warriors called the city of Philadelphia home for 16 memorable years before moving to the West Coast in 1962 to become the San Francisco Warriors and ultimately, in 1971, the Golden State Warriors when the team moved to its current home in Oakland. The team`s storied history includes five NBA Championships, six of the NBA`s 50 Greatest Players and 27 members of Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The Warriors also were recipients of the 2014 and 2016 Sports Team of the Year Award by the Sports Business Journal/Daily and recognized again this year as a Finalist for the award. The Warriors are also currently building a privately funded sports and entertainment venue, Chase Center, which will be the anchor of an 11-acre mixed use complex on private property in San Francisco`s Mission Bay neighborhood set to open for the start of the 2019-20 NBA season. Chase Center will host approximately 200 events per year and be a destination for the entire Bay Area. The Warriors D-League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors, just finished their fifth season in Northern California and have appeared in the NBA D-League Finals in each of their first three seasons in Santa Cruz (2012-13 through 2014-15) and won the D-League Championship in 2015. As an organization, the Warriors strive to be the best sports and entertainment organization in the world. Our award-winning and record-breaking franchise now looks to the future of both the teams, along with our business, to continue to work to provide the best fan experience possible. If you want to be a part of this journey, become a member of our team today!

Indianapolis Motor Speedway

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, located in Speedway, Indiana (an enclave suburb of Indianapolis) in the United States, is the home of the Grand Prix of Indianapolis, Indianapolis 500, the Brickyard 400, and Red Bull Air Race. Considered relatively flat by American standards, the track is a two-and-a-half-mile, nearly rectangular oval with dimensions that have remained essentially unchanged since its inception: four 1/4-mile turns, two 5/8-mile long straightaways between the fourth and first turns and the second and third turns, and two 1/8-mile short straightaways, termed "short chutes," between the first and second, and third and fourth turns. A modern infield road course was constructed between 1998 and 2000, incorporating the western and southern portions of the oval (including the southwest turn) to create a 2.605-mile (4.192 km) track. In 2008, the road course was modified to replace the southwest turn with an additional infield section, for motorcycle use, resulting in a 2.621-mile (4.218 km) course. Altogether, the current grounds have expanded from an original 320 acres (1.3 km2) on which the Speedway was first built to cover an area of over 559 acres (2.3 km2). Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975 and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987, it currently remains the only such landmark to be affiliated with automotive racing history.
