Rishi brings 212MEDIA a cross-platform expertise in TV, Cable/Satellite products, and consumer digital entertainment platforms; specifically VOD and Mobile Apps/ He is Co-Founder, CEO of Saavn (www.saavn.com), a 212MEDIA portfolio company. Saavn, known as "India`s Spotify", is the leading digital media company for south asian content, worldwide. He is focused on managing company`s digital products (Android, iPhone, Web), Data Teams, Marketing, and General Management. Rishi brings over 15 years experience in digital media and served as VP HBO On Demand and Multi-Platform Marketing for Home Box Office Inc (HBO). He was responsible for driving multi-platform programming development, launching new SVOD/HD products, and developing cross-platform marketing for many of HBO`s programming franchises. He was also responsible for overseeing product management and marketing for HBO On Demand, Cinemax On Demand and iTV initiatives. He delivered industry-leading original VOD content for HBO`s Big Love, The Wire, Def Comedy Jam, and many HBO Sports franchises.
