Rick M. Tolson is the HSHS Sacred Heart and St. Joseph`s hospitals, effective July 7, 2015. He most recently served as vice president and Chief Operating Officer at Hanna Resource Group, a human resources consulting firm in Lexington, KY. Tolson has an extensive background in human resources, previously serving at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and Catholic Health Initiatives in Kentucky. Tolson earned his bachelor`s in management from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH, and his master`s in public administration from Indiana University at Bloomington. Tolson also is a US Air Force veteran.
