About the Person

Rick A. Heinick is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of AECOM (NYSE: ACM), an $8-billion global provider of professional technical and management support services.   In this role, Mr. Heinick leads the company’s worldwide human resources organization and is responsible for driving its global human capital strategy. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Committee at the enterprise level.   Mr. Heinick has more than 25 years of leadership experience and unique expertise in helping to revitalize organizations to enhance profitability and growth. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Heinick served as Executive Vice President and CHRO for Bausch + Lomb, where he led a disciplined people strategy and transformational initiatives to grow bottom-line performance and shareholder value.   Previously, Mr. Heinick was a Senior Partner at Schaffer Consulting, where he advised executives on organizational transformation and M&A integration.   As a renowned thought leader on performance culture, Mr. Heinick’s work has appeared in leading publications, including the Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg Businessweek, Chief Executive Magazine, and Pharmaceutical Executive.   Mr. Heinick earned Bachelor of Science in Business and Organizational Communications from Boston University in 1987 and Master of Management from McGill University in 2009.
