About the Person
Richelle Tustin Luther was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in 2015. She joined Columbia Sportswear Company in 2008 as deputy general counsel. Previously, Luther served as corporate secretary and chief governance officer at Northwest Natural Gas. Prior to that, she was an attorney at the Portland, Oregon, law offices of Stoel Rives LLP. Luther is a trustee of The Library Foundation in Portland and serves on the board of Portland Business Alliance.
