Richard has 20 years of experience in recruiting, sales, and leadership with an emphasis on culture change management. His focus is on hiring top-notch internal team members to drive sales and delivery for Nite Group while building an environment of open collaboration and delivery. Richard began his career as a Recruiting Manager for a fortune 500 professional staffing organization, where he honed his skills in sales and talent acquisition, ultimately moving into Director-level roles overseeing multiple divisions. Before starting with Nite Group, Richard was a Sr. Vice President for Americas SAP Users` group where he oversaw the daily operations of ASUG`s 38 US and Canadian based chapters, 90+ special interest groups, 400+ Volunteers, and multiple technology-focused programs that helped drive growth in membership and delivered top notch networking and education opportunities to the SAP community in North America.
