Richard D. Rudderham is Chief Human Resources Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the bank`s Management Committee. Mr. Rudderham joined BMO in 1989 and held a variety of roles within Corporate and Institutional Financial Services and Personal and Commercial Client Group including Senior Vice-President, British Columbia Division, P&C Canada from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, Mr. Rudderham was appointed Senior Vice-President, Institute for Learning, Human Resources, and in June 2010, he was named Deputy Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice-President, Institute for Learning. Mr. Rudderham sits on the Board of Directors of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Kids Help Phone. Mr. Rudderham holds an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
