About the Person
Richard Michaudhas been named Vice President of Human Resources at Hill & Markes and will be responsible for human resource practices, policies and operations. Mr. Michaud has 22 years of human resource private and public sector experience across diverse industries within a leadership capacity. Most recently, he completed a consulting engagement at a local college where he worked closely with the President, President`s Council and Trustees in redefining the culture and establishing best business practices to drive performance. Prior, Mr. Michaud held a Director position with a privately held acquisition group. The company grew to thirty five business groups in seventeen states over seven years and Mr. Michaud oversaw all Human Resources and provided guidance from an operational perspective with the focus of aligning human capital and management to strategically partner with all sectors of the business. Mr. Michaud holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Economics from SUNY Brockport. He is a member of local and national human resources and compensation organizations and has been a guest speaker at local and national conferences.
