Richard F. Iorio, also known as Rich, joined GTCR in 2015 as Chief Talent Officer and is currently a Managing Director of the firm. Prior to joining GTCR, Rich was the Managing Director of the Chicago office at Towers Watson and was an Officer at the University of Chicago. He is a CPA who began his career at Price Waterhouse. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in accounting magna cum laude from St. John`s University. Rich is active in the community and serves on the board of Skills for Chicagoland`s Future, a public-private partnership that helps get the long-term unemployed back to work.
