Rhashonda Williams is the Director of Human Resources at The Rockford Park District. Rhashonda is a lifelong resident of Rockford and a graduate of Jefferson High School. She received her bachelor`s in Human Resource Management from Judson University while working full-time. In 2003, she started as the Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Crusader Clinic, and was promoted to Director of Human Resources. Rhashonda`s main responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, benefits/compensation, and performance management. In addition to her work responsibilities, Rhashonda is heavily involved in the community. She is a part of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce Lead 360, Auburn High School`s Health Science Academy Support team, Rockford Community Foundation`s Grant sub-committee, and MELD`s board of directors.
