About the Person

Regina Bryant, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for NDCP, spearheading the human resources, safety functions and people strategy for the $2 billion supply chain management cooperative serving the franchisees of Dunkin’ Donuts.  In this capacity, she is responsible for creating programs and practices designed to engage and develop the organization’s most valuable asset, its people. Regina and her team support nearly 1,700 dispersed NDCP employees, and lead the organization’s workforce strategy and planning, talent management, performance and compensation management, benefit and wellness programs, payroll as well as oversees safety initiatives and programs for the organization. She was promoted from the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources in December 2014.   In addition to serving as Chief Human Resources Officer, Bryant is also the President of the NDCP Insurance Company, a MEWA health insurance captive providing comprehensive health and welfare benefits to NDCP employees and families, as well as over 3,000 Dunkin’ Brand Cooperative franchise employees and their families.    A results-oriented human resources executive, Bryant has extensive experience in delivering value in the areas of human resources management, organizational development and corporate administration to multi-faceted privately held and public organizations. Bryant came to NDCP from Steelcase Corporation where she was a member of the global human resources team, serving as VP, Human Resources for a number of the company’s high-growth brands including PolyVision, Coalesse, Designtex, Turnstone, Steelcase Education Solutions and Nurture.   Prior to Steelcase, she served as Director, Human Resources at Sciele Pharmaceuticals (Shionogi), as well as VP, Human Resources for NAC International and Director, Human Resources for Serologicals.  Her accomplishments include successfully leading significant organizational development and change management initiatives associated with IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, labor negotiations, employee relations, facility relocations and closings, compensation and benefit plan management, talent management, performance management and career development, succession planning and policy development.    Prior to her career in human resources, Bryant was a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force where she served as the Deputy Chief, then Chief of Air Traffic Control Operations at Little Rock Air Force Base. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and earned her PHR and SPHR certifications before becoming one of the first human resources executives to become certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional in the Fall of 2014. Bryant earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Webster University.
