Chesterland, OH-based Fairmount Santrol hired Reggie Stover as Vice President of People & Talent Development.
Our company has a long history of commitment to the community, environment and stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, vendors and partners. We are a leader in the mining, processing and manufacturing of proppants and other high-performance sand and sand-based products. Our sand-based products and technologies play many important roles in today’s world – from improving the productivity of oil and natural gas wells to helping produce clean drinking water. Our products also enhance efficiency and performance in the building products, foundry and recreational industries. Headquartered in Chesterland, Ohio, Fairmount Santrol has one of the largest sand reserves and processing asset bases in the industry. Our coating facilities include operations in Mexico, Denmark and China, through which we serve international oil and gas markets. Worldwide, we employ more than 1,000 people. We produced and shipped more than 7.5 million tons of sand and value-added sand products in 2013.
Reginald L. Stover is Chief People Officer at Henny Penny. Previously, Reginald held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
