Over 15 years of experience casting and developing high-profile unscripted television programming, from Intervention to Survivor to MTV's current hit, Catfish. As a Senior level Talent and Development Executive, She is well-versed in taking shows from the very beginning of an idea, through the development and casting stages, right into production. She had long-standing and strong relationships with Network Executives, Executive Producers, Showrunners, Agents, and Managers.
