Rebecca S. Olson is the Director of Employee Benefits and Payroll Operations at Ball State University. Previously, she had also served at OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc., Bryan Health, Collier County School District, Rockford Public Schools, Hewitt Associates, Archer Daniels Midland Company and National YMCA Employee Benefit Trust. She earned BS in Accountancy from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and MBA in Finance from North Central College.
