Raymond Minkle, also known as Ray, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Sparks Health System. Minkle has been an human resources project manager for Sparks since 2010. He leads new employee orientation, oversees benefit enrollment and regularly plans employee appreciation events. Before coming to Sparks, Minkle was director of human resources at ArcBest Corp. He`s also served in vice president roles at Beverly Enterprises, now Golden Living, in Fort Smith and Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles.
