Prior to this role, Hannagan was human resources director for the Chili`s restaurant chain and provided guidance for 103 Chili`s restaurants and corporate staff, including 6,000 team members throughout 10 states. He holds an M.S. from the University of Rhode Island in labor relations and human resources and a B.S. in occupational education from Wayland Baptist University.
