About the Person
Randy Knaflic is the VP of People and Operations for Jawbone, where he leads HR, talent acquisition, employee development, IT and workplace efforts. Prior to joining Jawbone, Randy was the VP of HR and Talent at SpaceX. In his six-years with Google prior to that, Randy developed his data-driven approach to HR and recruiting. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Randy created a world class recruitment organization and led Google's rapid expansion across 12 engineering sites in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including the third largest engineering center outside of North America; he was also responsible for Google's EMEA-focused university relations and talent & outreach programs teams, focused on developing Google's partnerships with academia and industry.
