GroundFloorHR grew out of a passion for human resources, that almost died. After a career started at a global company, then transported to smaller businesses and back up to large corporations, the joy of the profession was nearly gone. Careful reflection led to a spark – we loved the smaller businesses – we made the largest and most enjoyable differences with them. Thus, GroundFloorHR was born. It is designed to help those at that ground floor, who want to execute their plan and continue pursuing their dream. Everything human resource related can seem so complicated and overwhelming, and laws/regulations change often.
